The first 15 people always cost the flat $79, so growing from 15 to 16 people adds exactly $3 — never more.
Questions people ask first
- What counts as a person?
- Anyone with a live bonus plan — invited or already signed in. Someone who has left does not count, and their record stays in your history either way.
- What happens when the 14 days are up?
- If you have not subscribed, you keep full access to everything already recorded. What pauses is adding new people. Nobody loses their balance and no history is deleted.
- What if a card payment fails?
- Nothing locks immediately. Stripe retries a failed payment for around two weeks, and your account keeps working throughout. Being locked out of your own records over an expired card is not a way to treat a customer.
- Is the bonus money held by Vestly?
- No. Vestly records and tracks the bonus; you pay it through your normal payroll. We never hold your money or your team’s.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, from the billing portal, without emailing anyone. Your records stay readable.
